Tema wet blast cabinet VPB 1100, is ergonomically designed for easy operation for cleaning, descaling, deburring, roughening etc. suitable for blasting with most kinds of nonferrous abrasives.The blaster however, it comes into its own when used to key the existing painted surfaces of a wheel saving preparation time and also cleaning the surface. A must have when undertaking the process of cut and clearcoat in the refurbishment of diamond turn alloy wheels.

Description

Stable cabinet, sturdily constructed of mainly stainless steel-sheet with sectional reinforcements  and two supports for transport by forklift or hand pallet truck.

Two large stainless steel swing doors, both with gutter, sandwich construction for max. rigidity, provided with adjustable catch locks and pneumatic safety-switches.

In cabinet-top integrated LED lighting unit for optimum vision in the blast-chamber (> 4000 Lux), dust proof protected by a hardened glass security window, with access-door (IP 54). Angled full view, hardened glass security window 694 x 364 mm, provided with electric wiper motor with adjustable angle and wiper arm / wiper blade. Replaceable operator protective abrasive resistant full length rubber gloves, tricot lined hands. Removable perforated stainless steel floor 3 mm. Stainless steel water / abrasive suspension hopper with connected double working, adjustable, pneumatic driven membrane pump.
