A powerful 3 kW electric fan draws the water up the scrubbing chamber to form a water curtain for the expelled spray particles to pass through.

The heavier expelled particles such as powder coat either falls to the reservoir tank leaving the lighter particles to be extracted through a series of scrubbers which washes the particles then exhausts directly to exterior atmosphere, with almost 99.9% efficient particulate particle removal.
