We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. (please see damages).
Damages
From time to time damages occur, unfortunately this is out of our control and on most occasions the goods are still usable as only the outer packaging or tins are damaged or dented and whilst we are interested in our couriers performance and your satisfaction we do require photographic evidence of loss or breakages by email.
As you can imagine damages represent a cost and as such costs eventually get past on to overheads which in turn affect the price you pay for the goods in the long term.
Over the years we have increased the thickness of the boxes go to great lengths to individually bubble wrap the goods, double tin clip our tins so as to minimise damage, however more often it is down to the individual as to what is acceptable.
Fraud
Like any business we see seasonal trends, historical trends and can quite easy spot fraudulent practices and trends many being they have not received the goods or they are damaged and require complete replacement, to date we have brought a number of successful prosecutions.
